The warranty does not cover the following:

- Damage from improper washing or care (not following care instructions)
- Alterations or modifications made by third parties
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence
- Stains, burns, or chemical damage
- Pet damage or animal-related wear
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third parties
- Items bought during "Final Sale" or clearance (unless stated otherwise)

How to Claim Warranty
Filing a warranty claim is simple and straightforward:

Care Instructions
To maintain warranty coverage and extend the life of your products, please follow these care guidelines:
Washing Instructions
- • Always check the care label before washing
- • Wash in cold water (30°C or below)
- • Turn garments inside out before washing
- • Use mild detergent, avoid bleach
- • Wash dark and light colors separately
Drying & Storage
- • Air dry when possible
- • Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods
- • Use low heat if machine drying
- • Iron on low to medium heat
- • Store in a cool, dry place
⚠️ Important:
Failure to follow care instructions may void your warranty. Damage from improper care is not covered under warranty.
Warranty Period Calculation
The warranty period begins from the date of delivery, not the purchase date:
- Standard products: 30 days from delivery date
- Premium products: 60 days from delivery date
- Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for all warranty claims
Example:
Order placed: January 1, 2026
Delivered: January 5, 2026
Warranty expires: February 4, 2026 (for standard products)
